PLUMBING INSTALLATION& REPLACEMENT

From a single new fixture to a full repipe, installed to last.

Installation and replacement covers new plumbing work — repiping an older home, adding fixtures for a remodel, or replacing pipe material that's reached the end of its life, like galvanized steel or polybutylene. This is planned work, not an emergency repair, so we take the time to do it right the first time.

Common Questions

About plumbing installation & replacement, answered plainly.

How do I know if my home has galvanized or polybutylene pipe?expand_more

Galvanized pipe is a dull gray metal that's magnetic and often shows rust at joints. Polybutylene is a gray plastic pipe common in homes built between 1978 and 1995. If you're not sure, we can identify it in about ten minutes during a visit.

Do I need to move out during a repipe?expand_more

Not usually for a partial repipe. A full whole-house repipe can mean living with water shut off in sections for parts of a day, but most homeowners stay in the house — we plan the work to minimize disruption.

Will you handle the permit?expand_more

Yes, we pull and coordinate permits for repiping and new installations where the jurisdiction requires it, and we schedule the required inspections.
